Returns & Exchanges
Our goal is to help you create a collected life and above all you want you to happy with your purchase, but we understand that you may need to make a return.
Returns Specifics
- Customers will notify us to make a return within 14 days of shipment delivery date for a full refund to the original form of payment.
- (See the ‘Start A Return’ section below for instructions.)
- Store credit will be issued for any return request received between the 15th and the 30th day from the delivery date.
- Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unwashed, unworn, and otherwise unaltered from original condition) with the original packaging intact and any tags attached. Items must be sent back to Black Label Kollective within 30 days.
- We do not refund original shipping charges. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- FINAL SALE ITEMS. Anything in our ‘Sale’ section (sale items), all samples (including textile and wallpaper samples), opened wallpaper rolls, and art prints are Final Sale and are NOT available for return, refund, store credit or exchange.
- All materials sold through Black Label Bespoke are non-refundable. This includes custom design service fees. Custom design services are considered initiated upon payment.
- All Black Label Bespoke orders will be reviewed and approved by you prior to order placement. A digital proof will be approved via email and then a physical sample will be shipped to you and approved via email. Once both of the written approvals have been completed your Bespoke order invoice will be sent to you for payment. All Black Label Bespoke orders are made-to-order, once paid, your order is placed, no refunds or cancellations may occur.
Damages
- Please contact us with any and all damages with your packages or order within 48 Hours of your delivery date.
- If you have any other issues with your delivery or the package arrives with major damage, take a picture BEFORE you open it and send it to Returns@Samantha.Black. This may be a dispute with the carrier.
- In the email please indicate your order number and pictures of the damaged items and the packing in which it arrived taken before you opened the package.
Start a Return
Send us an email at Returns@Samantha.Black. Please include:
- Order Number
- Item(s) - Project name and color ( if applicable)
- Reasons for the the return
- We will respond to your return request within 48 hr.
- Once your return request is accepted, we will send you the return address and complete instructions. The cost of return shipping is not covered by Black Label Kollective except when indicated in return email correspondence.
- Please pack your items securely and provide us with the tracking number and return carrier. ( FEDEX, UPS etc). Black Label Kollective is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
- Once your return has been received your refund will be processed based on the return windows outlined above. Please allow 7-10 days for the refunded amount to appear on bank and card statements.
