Shipping & Processing
The Process
- After you check out, you will be sent an Order Confirmation Email. We are a small business and process orders M -Th 10am-4pm PST. We do not ship items Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
- Order may take up to 4-5 days to process and up to another 7-10 days to be delivered. Please see notes on each item for further shipping and hand fabrication details, some items list a 2-3 weeks for fabrication and custom looming, please take note.
- Once your items are shipped you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split into several packages depending on the order and may arrive on different dates even though ordered together initially.
- We do not ship to PO boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- Changes to order/cancellations may not be possible once an order has been placed. If you need to change, edit or cancel your order please let us know ASAP by contacting us at Support@samantha.black to see if you are eligible for change or cancellation. As we are a small business we work with various vendors, fabricators, and shippers to help our glorious products arrive to you. In some cases your order may not be available for editing or cancellation once the fulfillment process has begun.
- Items are available for express shipping if noted on the individual product description. Expedited shipping is not available for all items. We are unable to provide expedited production time, as all items are made to order. Expedited shipping does not apply to production time, only to shipping once standard product is completed.
- Custom designs will be sent first for digital proof for approval.
Shipping ETA’s
- ETA = Estimated time of arrival. Shipping time can take up to 7-10 days from the ship date, this depends on your location.
- We are also subject to delays from carriers due to Covid-19 or other supply chain disruptions. We are a small business and will make every effort to fulfill your order and will communicate if any extenuating circumstances arise. We appreciate your support.
Pre-Order
- If an item is listed for pre-order, an ‘Expected to Ship’ date will be included in the item description. You will be notified when you items ship to you.
Back Order
- Unfortunately, an item may go on back order before your order is fulfilled, if this occurs you will be notified via email or any delay in fulfillment and when we expect the item to come back in stock. Most items are made to order and surprise backorder is very rare.
- If an item is listed as ‘Back-Order’, you can still place the order and we will fulfill the order as soon as it comes back in stock.
- If you order a back-ordered item we reserve the right to cancel or refund an item if fulfillment cannot be met.
- All ‘back in stock’ dates are estimated, and we will make every effort to ensure accuracy with our vendors and production teams.
Order Tracking
- Please allow up to 2-5 business days for order processing if not otherwise listed on an individual item. Production time for made-to-order items will be listed.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email, and a shipping delivery confirmation once delivered. Please allow for up to 48 hours for shipping information to be updated and refer to the specific carrier listed for step-by-step tracking locations for your parcel.
- Note items ordered together may not be delivered at the same time.
International Shipping - (Coming soon)
- Currently we are only shipping to the United States (including Puerto Rico) and Canada. If you live in another area of the world (lucky you), we can find a solution.
